She was predeceased by : her parents, Carol Thomas and Calvin Thomas. She is survived by : her husband Randy Ray Cowan; her children, Colby (Kristin), Cameron (Jami), Lindsay Esplin (Nate) and Alayna Marriott (Tim); and her siblings, Tamara Davis (Richard), Lane (Annette), Blake (Deb), Shannon White (Stuart) and Jan Southwick (Channing). She is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 3 great-grandsons with one great-grandson.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, April 13th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Cedar City 4th Ward LDS Church (500 W 400 N, Cedar City, UT 84721).

Collette lived a life of charity and service.
