He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren Higbee and June Foster Bulloch; his son Brad; and his granddaughter Nicole. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Karen Smith; and his children, Lorri Stapley (Brad), Gretchen Davenport (Justin) and Darren Bulloch (Calee). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
