He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex Dean and Olive Matheson Maxwell; his brothers, Dean Maxwell and Bill Maxwell; and his grandson Brady Kirk Davis.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Langford; his children, Jeffrey Douglas Maxwell (Nancy), Jana Davis (Lindy), Troy Bert Maxwell (Kim) and Tiffany Andersen (Jeff); and his sister Patsy Woods. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
