With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Emmalinda Thompson of Cedar City, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2026 at the age of 77. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosemary Lujan and Fredrico Lujan; and her siblings, Fran Salazar, Fred Lujan, William Lujan (Willie), Precilla Ulibarri, Kathy Banks and Daniel T. Lujan.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas Thompson; her daughter Jennifer Stegner; her granddaughters, Madison and Abigail; her sister Roberta Ostler (Michael); and her sisters-in-law, Nora Lujan and Debbie Hood. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
