He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Mark Millett (Rozanne), Steve Millett, Laura Mills (Gary), Hayla Richey (Jeff), Mike Millett (Jen) and Kaleb Hayes; his son-in-law Andy LeFevre; his siblings, Brent Hayes (Donna) and Kathy Lambson (Tom); and his brother-in-law Sandy Buhler. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren.
