With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Halvard Allen Carey of Cedar City, Utah, born in Salt Lake City, Utah, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 24, 2024 at the age of 76. He was predeceased by : his brothers, Maurice Myron Carey III and Richard Edward Carey; and his granddaughter Michealla Carey. He is survived by : his wife Mary Smith-Carey; his children, Justin Carey, Bryce Carey (Jenice), Michelle Thompson (Travis), Jaimie Carey (Stephanie) and Troy Carey; and his sisters, Virginia Howells, Laura Duquenoy (Serge) and Marlyn Reardon (Mike). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren.
