He was predeceased by: his wife Laurie Henselen. He is survived by: his children, James Henselen (Natalie) of Cedar City, Utah, Heather Geertsen (Paul) of Spanish Fork, Utah and Alyson Wood (Dustin) of Cedar City, Utah.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
