He is survived by: his son Lindsay KayLyle Whitehead (Chelsey); his granddaughters, Kaedrey and Kessley Whitehead; his brother David Ogden Whitehead (Cindy); his stepsister Michaela Miles (Tracy Whitehead); his nieces, Kim Bustos (Ben) and CraeLin Whitehead; and his nephew David Melvin Whitehead (Shera).
