He is survived by: his parents, Debbe Munk (Michael) and Mike Berry (Debbie); his close friend Justin Levitt; his daughters, Rebekah, Aimee and Jessica; his wife Julie Milburn; his grandfather Stan Munk; his siblings, Shane Berry (Dorothy), Ryan Wright (Tracy), Troy Munk (Trisha), Lacy Nance (Aaron), Angela Nance (Sam) and Stacy Shifflet (Justin); and his siblings-in-law, Cherie Gutierrez (Edward), Jeff Milburn (Debbie), Karen LeMoure and Lloyd Milburn (Michelle). He is also survived by 11 nieces, 11 nephews, many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
