He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Herman Philipps III and Nancy Ann King. He is survived by: his sister Sue Philipps Moon (Ken) of Columbus, Ohio; and his stepchildren, Daniel Allred, Jessica Anderson, Byron Allred, Emily Allred and Esther Allred. He is also survived by step-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, August 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. George Cemetery.
