He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Owens and Evangeline Lorraine "Laurie" McGinnis (Chambers). He is survived by: his daughter Jessica Lynn; and his siblings, Kevin, Beth Stogner and Deidre Durrant (Michael). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
