He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Lowell and Leta Robinson Evans; his spouse Beverly Smith; his former wife Lois Hall; and his brother Tom.
He is survived by: his brother Kim; his sons, Bruce, David, Scott, Neal and Bryan; and his stepdaughter Janet. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 17 Great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Parowan LDS Chapel (59 S 100 W, Parowan, UT 84761). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, October 5th 2026 at the Parowan City Cemetery (834 Canyon Rd, Parowan, UT 84761).
