With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Brent Scoville (Cedar Fort, Utah), born in Orange, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 9, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Groesbeck Scoville and Donna Davis. He is survived by: his siblings, Kristine, Scott, Craig and Karen; and his wife Deanna. He is also survived by six children and their spouses, numerous grandchildren, and his beloved siblings.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM, on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cedar Fort Chapel (185 E Center St, Cedar Fort, UT 84013). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cedar Fort Ward Building (185 E Center St, Cedar Fort, UT 84013).

“Brent was one of the first Church members to welcome us when we moved to Vancouver, and he helped unload our moving van. It surprised me a little when he told me that he was in the stake presidency. I remember thinking, "wow, a member of the stake presidency is helping to unload our moving van.
