He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernil Cook and Geneva Probst Cook; his wife Marie Hansen; and his niece Venecsa Gasaway. He is survived by: his son Kyle; and his siblings, Charlotte Davis (Kerry), Calvin Cook (Jeanine), Marvin Cook (Jann) and Tamara Hummel (Rick).
