He was predeceased by: his daughter Karen; and his grandson Andrew. He is survived by: his wife Jane Marie; and his children, Leslie, Richard (Ellen), Bruce (Carolyn), Mark (Stacey) and Jacqueline Shifflet (Jared). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at 3785 W Boxelder Dr, Cedar Hills, UT 84062. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Spanish Fork City Cemetery (420 S 400 E, Spanish Fork, UT 84660).
