He was predeceased by: his parents, Gene Halls and Inez Halls (Bowling). He is survived by: his wife Valerie of Cedar Hills, Utah; his children, Michelle Conder (Robert) of Pleasant Grove, Utah, Melissa Wood (Jesse) of Cedar Hills, Utah, Robert Halls (Julia) of Cedar Hills, Utah, Kathryn Forbes (Paul) of Grantsville, Utah and Daniel Halls of South Jordan, Utah.; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Benjamin, Rachel, Hayden, Charlotte, Evelyn, Abby, Tyler, Blake, Janie, Brooke, Harley and Brody.
Viewing was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (4355 W Cedar Hills Dr, Cedar Hills, UT 84062). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cedar Grove Cemetery (8432 Rd 41, Mancos, CO 81328).
