He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Kay and Flossie Kay; and his brothers, Mitch and Robert Kay. He is survived by: his wife Holley Williams; his children, Rebecca, Matthew Kay (Molly), Aaron Kay (Audrey), Cheyenne Durrant (J. D.) and Timothy Kay (Racheal); and his siblings, Megan Payne, Sandie Warren, Sean Kay, Dane Kay and Stacey Kay. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
