He was predeceased by: his former wife Sally; and his mothers-in-law, Dorothy and Earlene. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Ann Jorgensen; his children, J. D., Matthew "Gizmo" (Jylaire), Melissa and Williams (Wade); his stepdaughters, Marci Gayler (Matt) and Amber-Ella Curtis; his grandchildren, Averie, London, Keaton, Beckett, Piper, Brayden (Hope), Tucker (Morgan), Janessa (Bodie), Kayson and Keston; and his great grandchild Georgia.
A celebration of life was held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Centerfield Old Rock Church (150 S Main St, Centerfield, UT 84622).
