He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bingham and Lillian Henderson Howell. He is survived by: his wife Lois; his children, Mike (Diane), Kerry (Cynthia), Vicki, Cindy, Rob (Jami) and Hank; and his caregiver Kim. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews.
