He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Mitchell; his children, Travis Fullmer (Jillynne) of Cedar City, Sabrina Steck (Ashley) of Annabella, Ember Imlay of Hurricane and Collette Teichert (Kraig) of Circleville; his grandchildren, Brielle (Rowdy), Lainey (Joseph), Cooper, Grayson, Jaylon (SeOnna), Jarica (Hunter), Jakell, Jacie, Daxton, Tayla, Lexi and Katelyn; his great grandchildren, Stockton, Titan and Ryder; and his siblings, Corey Fullmer (Sheree) and Staci Millett (Craig). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and neighbors.
