He was predeceased by: his parents, Merlin Finch and Venice Finch; his brother Doug Finch (Linda); and his children, Raymond Kay Finch (R. K.) and Tawnya Finch Allen.
He is survived by: his wife Katherine Finch; his son-in-law Glen Allen (Larisa Walker); and his grandchildren, Ashley White (Sandy), Dallas Jeffs (Brittney), Gentry Holbrook (Ryan) and Clarence.
