He was predeceased by: his mother Bonita Lewis (Hancey); his wife Tamara Lewis (Hunt); and his siblings, Jay Lewis and Linda Bronson. He is survived by: his father Dean Theurer; his children, Christine Thomas (Lewis) of West Haven, UT, Robert Dean Lewis of Plain City, UT and Marti Lee Lewis of Roy, UT.; his brother Tom Lewis of West Haven, UT; and his grandchildren, Tambi Doucette, Timbery Caldwell, Harley Thomas, Dustin Lewis, Taylor Lewis and Caleb Lewis. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
