We announce the death of DeAnn Forbes of Clearfield, Utah, who passed away on July 24, 2026, at the age of 76. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee R Forbes and Karma S. Forbes. She is survived by: her siblings, June Hurst (Sidney), Paula Hussey (Robert), Joyce Brown (Stanley), John (Annamarie) and Richard (Debbie); and her brother-in-law Stan.
