A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Major Meadows Ward Chapel (2150 800 E St, Clearfield, UT 84015). A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Millville City Cemetery (310 E 100 N, Providence, UT 84332).
