He is survived by: his former wife Jacquelyn Russell; his wife Chris; his children, Scott, Jeff (Alisha) and Heidi (Floyd); and his stepchildren, Josh (Jenny), Zack (Tia), Jennifer (Kent) and Christopher (Randi). He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to the Utah Food Bank or a charity of your choice, in honor of Jack's lifelong dedication to public service.
