It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen Louise Gallagher (Clearfield, Utah), born in Phoenix, Arizona, who passed away on December 13, 2022, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her husband Sean; her children, Meredith Chaney (Zach) and Chad Douglas (Chella); and her siblings, Mary Anne McCrea (late Jerry), Nancy Knape (Marcia), John Knape (Sherri), Jim Knape (Dorian) and Carolyn Butler (Robert).
