It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kelly Jay Eberhard (Clearfield, Utah), born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 45, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Nevon, Ernest Eberhard Jr., Vica and Fred Germer; and his cousin Ryan Knudsen.
He is survived by: his parents, Lois Eberhard and Rand Eberhard of Clearfield; his pets, Fritz, Heidi and Gizmo; his daughter Tristyn Jaylyn; and his siblings, Taunya Eberhard, Jason (Becky) of Meridian, Idaho, Brady (Jen) and Casey (Lindsey) of Farmington, Utah. He is also survived by three nephews and five nieces.
