He was predeceased by: his wife Maria Gurulé; his parents, Filberto Gurulé and Aneda Gurulé; and his siblings, Lupita Leon (Adolf) and Jerry Gurulé.
He is survived by: his children, Angel Gurulé, Nina Gurulé and Michael Gurulé; his brother Joe Gurulé (Kathleen); and his siblings-in-law, Ruben Rodriguez, Javier Rodriguez (Katrina), Rosa Lettig (Rick) and Viola Gurulé. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
