He is survived by: his wife Paula; his sons, Randall, Tyler (Jen) and Brandon; his grandchildren, Deylon, Kelly, Kaden, Carson and Ashlyn; his brother Larry (Amanda); his sister-in-law Julia Falkner; his caregiver Lexy; and his close friends, Steve and Judy Farr.
