As William departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved William. Though William may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Duncan and Shirley Rose Garrard Duncan; his siblings, James and Rosalee Duncan; his niece Crystal Edwards; and his nephew Michael.
He is survived by: his sister Debra (Kevin Bird); his sister-in-law Dixie Duncan; and his nieces and nephews, Shauntae (Ben Anderson), Megan (Ian Ericksen), Tyler Bird and Justin Bird (Melissa). He is also survived by 3 great Nephews 6 great Nieces, 3 great great nephews and 2 great great nieces.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Book Hotel Ben Lomond City Cemetery (526 E 2850 N, North Ogden, UT 84414).
