He is survived by: his spouse Leone; his children, Jay Cunningham and Nancy Cunningham; and his grandchildren, Kalvin Cunningham, Dallan Cunningham, Eian Cunningham, McKenzie Brown (Robbie), Erin Moosman-Cunningham (Trent) and Kobrettie Jensen (Shannon). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
