He was predeceased by : his parents, Phyllis Petersen Scarlet and Ralph Scarlet; his son Martin Eli Scarlet; and his brothers, Peter, Richard, Martin and John.
He is survived by : his children, Chantell Scarlet, Holly Parsons (Billy) and Lacey Donan (Johnny); his grandchildren, Maddie, Megann, Autumn, Nevaeh, Merrick, Maisie, Liam, Maddox, Aalba, Mya, Jasmyne and Preston; and his siblings, Julia Kitchen and Lawrence Scarlet. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
