She was predeceased by : her parents, Lloyd O'Driscoll and Mary Edna Ovard Wilde; her sisters, Connie Carter (Vernal) and Pam Robbins (Dave); and her brother-in-law Norman Staples (Kathryn).

She is survived by : her husband William Staples (Billy); her sister Sharon Pace Hoytsville (Gary); and her siblings-in-law, Carol France (late Barney) of Arizona, Marie Cowley Logan (late Val), Glenda Simons (Craig) of Missouri and Rodney Staples Ogden (late Carla).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 10th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 11th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Coalville LDS Stake Center (40 N Main St, Coalville, UT 84017). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 11th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
