A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Home of Waylon and Kali Bosworth (1240 W Hoytsville Rd, Coalville, UT 84017).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to organizations dedicated to mental health and addiction support.
