He is survived by: his wife Jenny; his children, Chad (Rachel), Emily (Wes), Jamie (Casey), Mandy and Jacob; his mother Katherine; and his sisters, Wanda and Vicky. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 4 great-grandchildren.
