He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Atkinson and Audrey Elaine Atkinson (Dugdale); his brother Tim Atkinson; and his brothers-in-law, Kent Mansell and Glen Warnick.
He is survived by : his former life partners, Georgia Snyder and Elaine Buell; his friends, Steve Fitzgerald, Carlos Smith and Mike Crittenden; his children, Trudy Smith (Dave), Kory Atkinson (Michele) and Tanya Odenbach (Shane); his sisters, Dolores Mansell, Yvonne Warnick and Nina Clyde (Ed); and his sister-in-law Janet Atkinson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
