He is survived by: his wife Roberta Sawyer; his children, Timothy Hall, Kami Hall, Clayton Hall, Meredith Hall, Sara Osness (Aaron) and Mandy Snow (Stephen); and his siblings, Kathy Hall, Sharon Jarrett (Michael), Patricia Page and Robert Sawyer (Bliss).
