He is survived by: his children, Fred Clay Tolbert (Laile), Gaylen Jay Tolbert, Jason Tolbert, Jeana Tolbert, Brent Sherman Tolbert (Shanna) and KristiLyn Van Dam (Matt); and his siblings, Verl Tolbert (Judy) and Wanda Lee Anderson (Tom). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.

Viewing will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:40 AM at the Sutherland LDS Chapel (2630 N 3000 W Rd, Delta, UT 84624). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
