He was predeceased by : his cousins, Sinead Alldredge and Dustin Wright. He is survived by : his parents, Neill Palmer and Heather Taylor; his siblings, Morgan Palmer (Ashleigh), Brock Palmer and Henlli Palmer; his nephew Westin Palmer; and his grandparents, Mike Palmer, Caroline Palmer, Glen and Elizabeth Taylor. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
