It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathy Kay Carroll Cropper of Delta, Utah, who passed away on September 9, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Gwen Steele Carroll and Kenneth Carroll; and her brother Marlowe Carroll. She is survived by: her husband Gaylen Cropper; her children, Rich Cropper (Lori), Sandra Topham (Tim), Laurie Schmanski (Todd), Wendy Jo Jensen, Courtney Cropper (Denise) and Casey Cropper (Carrie); and her brother Howard Carroll (Mary).
