He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie Frazier and Allene Nance Frazier; and his former wife Beverly Cevering Frazier. He is survived by: his brother Randy Frazier of Clearwater, Florida.; his spouse D'Ann Peterson; his great grandchild Bill; Sharee Rogers (Gene) and Niki Bolinder (Steven).
