He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern David and Grace Lenore Hancock (Roylance); his brother Rick Hancock; and his daughter-in-law Amberly Hancock. He is survived by: his pets, Cindy, Velvet and Tiki; his wife Cathy; his children, David Hancock (Helen) of Victoria, Bruce Hancock (Lisa) of Tremonton, Marc Hancock of Chicago, Clay Hancock (Ashlee) of Fielding, Jared Hancock (Nickol) of North Ogden, Rebecca Boone (Matthew) of Tremonton and Melinda Hancock of Nampa, Idaho.; and his sisters, Rama Allred (Dean) and Ranel Bybee (Sander). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Viewing will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Deweyville/ Riverview LDS Church (10750 N 3000 W, Deweyville, UT 84309). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at the Deweyville Cemetery (11250 UT-38, Deweyville, UT 84309).
