Ford; her children, Halloween, Shanna Jensen (Jon) of Brentwood, TN, Kim Buckingham of Tooele, UT, Kristy Illingsworth (Jared) of Draper, UT and Jason (Drew Henry) of Draper, UT.; her grandchildren, Sofia and Lincoln Jensen; her siblings, David Boyles (Paula) of Caldwell, ID, Cathy Bean (Gary) of Wendover, UT, Audra Leet (Peter) of Riverview, FL, Evan Boyles of Ogden, UT and Quintin Boyles (Haley) of Yerington, NV.; her stepmother Verna Boyles of Winnemucca, NV; her aunt Sheryl Beckett (James) of Concord, CA; and her pet Andy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
