She is survived by: her husband Howard O. Ford; her children, Halloween, Shanna Jensen (Jon) of Brentwood, TN, Kim Buckingham of Tooele, UT, Kristy Illingsworth (Jared) of Draper, UT and Jason (Drew Henry) of Draper, UT.; her grandchildren, Sofia and Lincoln Jensen; her siblings, David Boyles (Paula) of Caldwell, ID, Cathy Bean (Gary) of Wendover, UT, Audra Leet (Peter) of Riverview, FL, Evan Boyles of Ogden, UT and Quintin Boyles (Haley) of Yerington, NV.; her stepmother Verna Boyles of Winnemucca, NV; her aunt Sheryl Beckett (James) of Concord, CA; and her pet Andy. She is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Viewing will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Larkin Sunset Gardens (1950 E Dimple Dell Road, Sandy, UT 84092). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the same location.
