He is survived by: his wife Jeanette; his children, Kylie and Kaden; his mother Faye Ellett (Jeff); his brothers, Derek (Krista) and Chris Coates (Marissa); his in-laws, Bill and Linda Perry; and his siblings-in-law, Bill (Kacey), Tyler (Melissa), Trent (Jess), Brian (Lauren), Mike Perry (Jordan) and Lindsay Perry (Matt Larsen). He is also survived by 22 nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 10:40 AM. A funeral service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (11196 Wasatch Blvd 3500 East, Sandy, UT 84092).
