He is survived by: his friends, Ray Bronson, Buzz and Karen; his wife Karen Forbush Moss; his children, Kelly (Mike), Cheryl (Todd), Becky (Travis), Casey (Darci), Jonathan (Lisa) and Diana (Jacob); and his sisters, Velma (Ken) and Loa.
