She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph C. Haun and Ada Shaw Haun; her brothers, Ray, Joe and Bill Haun; her husband David A. Jeremy; her son Brad Maxfield; and her grandsons, Jared Mickelsen and Nathen Wheeler.
She is survived by: her brothers, Brent (Kathy) and Jim Haun (Pat); her daughters, Kathy Mickelsen (Garry) and Pamela Scuderi (Rodney); her daughter-in-law Kathy Maxfield; her son Chad Maxfield (Heike); and her stepsons, David, Mike (Louise), Kevin and Bruce Jeremy (Jenni). She is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 37 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great grandchildren.
