She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis J. Smith and Dorothy Smith (Warner). She is survived by: her brother Thomas Smith (Michael Schwartz); her children, Aimee Rohling (James), Mandy Niles (Christopher) and Erik McComb (Sarah); and her grandsons, Henry, Atlas, Charlie, Max and Odin.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Canyon Peak Wedding and Events (1442 Draper Pkwy, Draper, UT 84020).
