It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lamar Lee of Draper, Utah, born in Fairfield, Idaho, who passed away on April 13, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Dixon Lee and Dora Packham Lee; his wife Cheryl Simmons Lee; and his siblings, Norene, Harold, Gordon, Jay and Molly.

He is survived by : his children, Jason (Andrea), Angela, Noel (Jonathan) and Jeremy (Zach); his grandchildren, Tamra, Makayla, Richard, Abigail, Isabell, Katelin, Jackson, Banin and Rian; and his siblings, Kenneth Lee and Peggy Lee. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Walker Funeral Home (587 S 100 W, Payson, UT 84651). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Payson City Cemetery (805 E 400 N, Payson, UT 84651).

Affectionately known as "General," Richard dedicated many years of his life to Geneva Steel, where he not only worked but also fostered friendships and made lasting contributions to his workplace and family.
