He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ralph and Barbara Clark Smith; his brother John Ralph Smith; and his brother-in-law Theron J Smith. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Irene Adams and Natalie Ann Smith; and his sisters, Leone Smith and Lorraine Price. He is also survived by three granddaughters and one grandson.
