He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marinus Elroy Tilby and Katherine Ames Tilby; his wife Wilma Bankhead (Winks); and his children, Kathy Randall (Don), Jeannie Brewer (Ed), Marina Rider (John), John Tilby (Jill), Dave Tilby (Shannon) and Danny Tilby (Robyn Johnson). He was also cherished by 26 grandchildren and 38 great-grandchildren.
